What about other nations who seem to think it is ok for an oldish mn to marry a twelve year old because they know she is pure, SICK this is just legalised peadophilia.

I was one of those babies, in my late 30s now with disks removed, base of spine deformed, jaw joints require replacement, and why ?
As I was the 'sexual play thing' of my own father. He was not selfish, he shared me, I remember when my brother was just born, it was one of the worst times of abuse, I was told my mum and brother would be taken away and I would never see them again -- I never spoke.

I was saved by my mothers determination after he was sentanced for abusing the cub pack and junior radio club, I was interviewed but unable to say anything for fear of being thrown in a childrens home and my mum and brother taken away, I was groomed.

On several occasions through my life my past has raised its nasty head, with ME being spat on in the street, work mates informing me that they were raped by my father etc etc etc
I faced it head on in 2001 at AXIS ( Adult survivor of CHildhood Sexual Abuse ) it was not easy but had to be done, I left theraphy after over two years and never looked back, I was all but free. Earlier this year I buried the *******, all very quiet I was, respectful of people who had lost a brother, a husband etc etc But I did what I had always dreamt of, I bided my time, poured a bottle of 'apple juice' ((PEE)) on the coffin and grabbed the spade off a grave digger and hoiked enough soil in to make sure he was gone for ever. I felt nothing but relief, happiness -- the end.

Unfortunatly my brother who was in the cot during the terrible times, but always refused to know anything about his father, had snook off and visited him in the nursing home. He was groomed in the very worst possible way, to carry on haunting victims and covering his vile crimes. I discovered years ago I had a half sister who took him to court, and has had to disapear to avoid all the lies and deciept that have been spread about her.

If anyone has any doubt about the mentality of a serious peodo, they are the most clever, cunning and manipulative people on this planet. Stopping at nothing to evade the concequences of their evil desires. My father did 4 seperate sentances that I know about, had 3 children, abused two and step children but died without a mark on his record, protected in law. I had nothing, not even protection from his stalking when jungle drums raged that I had made a statement to police.

I had to pay for my own theraphy out of my benefit, I am semi paralised and permenantly retired due to the long term effects of my abuse at the hands of my father.

Whats most important is;

Why do men rape precious innocent baby girls and boys and toddlers and children, why do they steal their innocence and inflict so much physical and mental pain on them?

How can they get turned on by changing a babys nappy, how can they even think about forcing themselves up a baby? How much agony the baby would be in?

Is it being done? NO. Drug dealers seem to get more time behind bars then peadophiles. Peodophiles should never be allowed back into to society and be given the chance to hurt another child. Once a peodophile, always a peodophile. Our precious children are at risk and there is nothing we as parents can do about it. If your a mother, keep your child with you, you know he or she is safe while in your company. In my experience i find most men are short tempered and sexually motivated, im not saying all men their is a handfull of caring decent ones, but when it comes to my child she is always under my protection and never left alone with any man

i think the media is causing histeria which is spreading like wild fear statistics show there is no more cases of child sex abuse han twenty thirty years ago and the concept of stranger danger is blown out of all proportion the sex offender register will cause more harm than good as the majority of abuse is committed by someone who is known by the family or in the majority of cases a family member. Vigilantism is NOT the answer.

I don't believe paedophiles are mentally ill.If they were they wouldn't go through all the effort of hiding it,if they were mentally ill they couldn't tell wright from wrong,and therefore wouldn't hide their "sexuality".
What i do believe is that the whole world has gone completely mad.More and more cases of paedophilia appear every day and honestly i nearly fell off my chair when i saw the map of all the places where people downloaded child pornography.
It's frightening to think that there are so many of these people out there.
I don't have any children but i cry and i suffer every time someone elses child is abducted and raped and murdered.

If they are convicted without doubt, they should be wiped off the earth but of course thats not gonna happen in this country.Its been going on for years, whats going to change now. The population of the UK is about 60m people. If 14m are downloading child pornography, then that's a little under 1/4th of the population being a pedophile. Maybe hanging in the town center isn't the best choice!

I see allot of people saying bring back the death penalty, but the fact is the death penalty is only for people whom have committed Pre-Meditated Murder. We should be wary of the moral lynch mob, if history is to teach us anything.

Many of the viewers are possibly just curious. An intelligent mind needs to see evidence before reaching a judgement. This separates many from the frequent viewers and those that pay for such images. The world hasn't changed -we just know more about it than we did in the past. I often look at images of death and gore from Iraq. This does not mean that I support war; rather I'm being made more aware of what is going on in the world.
