Tigers roar to play-off Final
BROWN'S WEMBLEY WIZARDS
PHIL BROWN savoured a "tremendous night" after his Hull side thrashed Watford to reach the Coca-Cola Championship play-off final and set up a first Wembley appearance in the club's 104-year history.
The Tigers romped to a 6-1 aggregate win as goals from Nick Barmby, Caleb Folan, Richard Garcia and Nathan Doyle completed a stirring comeback over Adrian Boothroyd's side in the second leg after Darius Henderson's opener had briefly stunned a packed KC Stadium.

SUPER-FIT ROBINS STORM ON
BRISTOL CITY boss Gary Johnson hailed his players’ fitness levels after they booked their place in “one of the biggest games of the world”.
Extra-time goals from Lee Trundle and Michael McIndoe moved the Robins to within one game of the Barclays Premier League as they pulled off a 4-2 aggregate win over Crystal Palace in the Coca-Cola Championship play-off semi-final second leg at Ashton Gate.

NICKY Barmby and Dean Windass grabbed a goal apiece as Hull took a commanding lead in their Coca-Cola Championship play-off semi-final with a first leg victory over 10-man Watford.
Former England man Barmby steered Hull ahead after a calamitous moment in the home defence before 39-year-old Windass grabbed his 200th goal in English football to put Phil Brown's side on course for Wembley.

BAGGIES SEAL PROMOTION
WEST BROM finally sealed promotion to the Barclays Premier League and claimed the Coca-Cola Championship title in the process after goals from Do-heon Kim and Chris Brunt secured victory at 10-man QPR.
The result meant West Brom clinched top spot on 81 points, two ahead of second-placed Stoke who could only manage a goalless draw at home to relegated Leicester.

STOKE UP, FOXES DOWN
STOKE were promoted back to the top flight after a 23-year absence following a goalless Coca-Cola Championship draw against Leicester at the Britannia Stadium.

CRYSTAL PALACE sent out an ominous statement of intent as they sealed a place in the Coca-Cola Championship play-offs with a thrashing of the 10 men of Burnley.
